And We're Back!

At St. Joseph School we are blessed to have a full week off for Thanksgiving. After ten days off, it was great being back at the school.

As the day ended (first days back always have a distorting time feel), I was walking from my office back out to the dismissal gate and a student asked how I was doing.

How am I doing?

The Holy Spirit spoke straight from my heart:

"Good. No, actually, great. I'm sure your dad can tell you this, but if you find a job doing something you love, it never feels like work."

The job of a principal can be tough. That challenge though is part of what makes it fun.
